Travel Policy Update: Change / Cancellation Policies

We are committed to keeping our employees, guests, their families, and our communities safe. Given the current COVID-19 situation and emphasis on social distancing, we have made the difficult but responsible decision to temporarily suspend our operations effectively March 22nd, 2020, until further notice. We encourage you to call or email us about making future reservations or rescheduling your current reservation, at the number and email address listed below.

We know some of you may be trying to contact us regarding your reservations; we are focused on helping everyone as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Guests may call us at 305-531-2222 and leave a detailed message or email us at TheHotel@GoldmanProperties.com for assistance.

If you did not book directly with The Hotel of South Beach please contact your online travel agent or third-party booking provider. They can best assist you with your reservation.


For all existing reservations (including Non-Refundable Reservations) with an arrival scheduled through Friday, May 31st, 2020:

  • You may change your reservation to a future date.
  • Re-booked reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
  • If you’re uncertain of future travel plans, you can also cancel your reservation for a refund.
  • The refund will be credited to your account as soon as possible. Keep in mind that due to the large volume of cancellations, this might take longer than usual.

For new reservations for future stays after May 31st, 2020
