Since opening in November 1998, The Hotel of South Beach has won numerous awards and accolades. In 1999, The Hotel was named one of 31 top new hotels worldwide by Condé Nast Traveler and in 2007 it was listed on the magazine's prestigious Gold List. More recently, The Hotel was recognized with the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2016. The Hotel has also been highlighted in several travel and design publications.
