Learn About Our Parent Company

Goldman Properties, founded in 1968 by the legendary visionary Tony Goldman, is a creative real estate firm with a storied history of neighborhood placemaking.  In 1985, Tony Goldman arrived on South Beach and made it one of his life’s missions to preserve and restore the dilapidated Art Deco buildings that then lined Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue.  This included the beautiful restoration of the former Tiffany Hotel, now known as The Hotel of South Beach.  Goldman Properties is also widely credited with revitalizing other now-iconic global destinations, including Soho in New York City, Midtown Village in Center City Philadelphia, and Wynwood (Miami’s art district).  Goldman Properties owns and curates the Wynwood Walls, the internationally acclaimed outdoor street art museum located only 5 miles from The Hotel of South Beach.  For additional information, please visit and
